Uploaded and generated content

Files you submit are transferred over encrypted connections to our processing and storage infrastructure and to the AI model providers that perform the removal. Unlike the free browser tools, AI processing sends selected media outside your device. Processing providers may receive source media, masks and instructions needed for a job. Stored file URLs may be accessible to anyone who has the URL; do not share private result links or upload sensitive content without understanding this behavior. Do not upload content you do not own or have permission to edit.

Payments

One-time credit-pack payments are handled by Stripe. We store transaction references, purchase and credit records, and invoice details, but not full card numbers. Stripe receives payment details needed to process the purchase and prevent fraud.

Data retention and deletion

Source media and results may be stored to complete processing and provide job history and downloads; they are not a permanent backup. Retention can differ between our storage and the processing provider, and we do not promise immediate deletion after a job. Download results you want to keep. We may retain transaction, security and other records where needed for legal obligations, fraud prevention or unresolved disputes.
