By creating an account or using videowatermarkremover.app/studio (the "Service") you agree to these terms. The separate free browser tools remain available on the main website under their own terms.

The service

The Service offers automatic video watermark removal, mask-guided video erasing and automatic image watermark removal through available AI models. Selected files are uploaded for cloud processing. AI estimates replacement content rather than recovering exact hidden pixels; results may contain artifacts or change detail. Processing time, availability and supported inputs vary. Keep your original file, test a short sample and review the whole result before using it. We do not guarantee a specific outcome for any file.

Acceptable use

You may only process content you own or are authorised to edit. You must not use the Service to remove attribution, copyright notices, or provenance marks from content belonging to others, to infringe intellectual property, to produce misleading media, or to violate any law or platform rule. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Credits and payments

Processing is paid with one-time credit packs: USD 5 for 500 credits, USD 15 for 1,500 credits, or USD 30 for 3,000 credits. Each option has the same rate of 100 credits per USD. These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions: there is no automatic renewal or recurring charge.

Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date the purchase is successfully settled. Buying another pack does not extend an earlier pack's expiry. Credits are non-transferable, cannot be withdrawn as cash and are used according to the selected model and job settings. The current credit estimate is shown before you submit; it is not a promise of a fixed number of completed videos or images.

Credits may be reserved while a job is pending and are charged for successful processing. A definitively failed job releases its reserved credits. An uncertain or still-processing status may require reconciliation before a reservation is released; do not submit a duplicate solely because processing takes longer than expected. Payment refunds follow the separate Refund Policy, including the 14-day rule for an entirely unused pack. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

Content ownership

You keep all rights to the content you upload and to the results generated from it, subject to the rights of any third parties. You grant us a limited licence to process, store, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, models, or pricing. Material changes to these terms will be announced on the site or by email.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer law, disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts serving Sheridan County, Wyoming.
