The video is re-encoded to H.264. On the High setting the change is not visible; the audio is left untouched.

What is the difference between flip and rotate?

Flip mirrors the picture in place. Rotate turns it by 90, 180 or 270 degrees. Both are available on this page.

What formats are supported?

A horizontal flip mirrors the picture left to right, which is what you need when a front-camera recording shows text backwards. A vertical flip turns it top to bottom, useful for footage from an upside-down mounted camera.

Choose Horizontal or Vertical, check the preview, and export. If the clip is also sideways, add a 90° or 270° rotation from the same page.

The flip is applied by FFmpeg WebAssembly in your browser. The file stays on your device, and the output is an H.264 MP4 with the original audio.

Un-mirror selfie videos
